Hi-Design Custom Cabinetry Ltd. opened their doors in 1994 in a small factory in Tilbury. A family continuing their  tradition of custom cabinetry from South Africa, it was a small operation, just six employees. Everything was done the old fashioned way - drawings and designs were done by hand and there were no computerized machines used those days. Today, over 25 years later Hi-Design is a thriving, state of the art facility - still family owned and operated and still in Delta BC, just in a much larger facility on Highway 17A Hi-Design now employs over 30 staff.
