Behind the beauty lies lasting function: full-extension BLUM soft-close motion hardware, solid ¾" birch plywood construction, and recessed toe kicks add ergonomic ease to the daily experience. Built-in tray dividers, LED-lit glass uppers, and integrated pull-outs showcase how storage can be both smart and stunning.

Across the home’s bathrooms, cabinetry is customized to harmonize with the space. Finishes like "Oxford White" and "Let It Rain" are paired with distinctive elements—from curved slab drawer fronts finished in high-gloss metallic paint to furniture-style feet and custom wooden dowel legs.

The standout powder room vanity, with its metallic curved face and sleek slab drawers, sits beneath a white stone top and black under-mount sink, completed with a warm brass faucet. It’s a bold, sculptural focal point that elevates the smallest room in the house.

Bold color continues in the butler’s pantry and built-in storage units, where "Down Pour Blue" cabinetry and elegant gold elongated pulls make a luxurious statement. The recessed paneling and touch-latch doors offer a tailored look, blending old-world elegance with contemporary craftsmanship.

Custom touches like integrated lighting channels, grommeted outlets, and adjustable shelving were designed with both aesthetics and utility in mind—bringing functionality to the forefront without compromising beauty.
